Healthy Care K2 Calcium + Vitamin D has been specially formulated with vitamins D3 & K2 and minerals Calcium, Magnesium & Silicon to support healthy teeth, bone, and muscle health. Vitamin K2 works in conjunction with Vitamin D3 for calcium metabolism. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life. Calcium may help prevent osteoporosis when dietary intake is inadequate.

DIRECTIONS:

• Adults: Take 1–2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

• Not suitable for children under 10 years old.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Each tablet contains:

• Calcium citrate tetrahydrate 1.58g equiv. to Calcium 333.3mg

• Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 8.3 micrograms (333IU)

• Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) 45 micrograms

• Heavy magnesium oxide 70mg equiv. to Magnesium 42mg

• Silicon dioxide 8.05mg equiv. to Silicon 3.76mg

• Colloidal anhydrous silica 8mg equiv. to Silicon 3.74mg

• No added lactose, egg, yeast, artificial sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.

WARNINGS:

• Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

• Do not use if cap seal is broken.

• Contains sulfites and soya bean products.
