Healthy Care Calcium + Vitamin D has been specially formulated with easy to swallow mini-sized tablets to support healthy bone, teeth and muscle health. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life. Calcium may help prevent osteoporosis when dietary intake is inadequate.

DIRECTIONS:

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Each tablet contains:

• Calcium citrate tetrahydrate 790.83mg equiv. to Calcium 166.67mg

• Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 4.175 micrograms (167IU)

• No added lactose, egg, yeast, artificial sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.

WARNINGS:

• Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

• Do not use if cap seal is broken.

• Contains sulfites and soya bean products.
